Greece Island cruise

Hi, I am looking at going to Greece in June or July of 2010 and wanting to book a cruise around the greek island. I have heard that it is best to go with a greek travel company as they get to the smaller island and dont have as many waiting time problems as the bigger ship. Can anyone give any advise?
Also if there is any tour companys that are affordable (as I am on tight budget) or cruises that anyone has been on and could recommend, that would be great!
