I gotta say thanks to Greg for tipping me off the forum was up and running, finally Smiley

Since this section is on Staying Alive, I thought I'd list a few sites that might help some people do just that:

CDC Traveler's Health
http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/default.aspx

Medicine for the Outdoors
http://www.healthline.com/blogs/outdoor_health/

Patient.co.uk (travel section)
http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/38/

TravMed (check out the world medical guide)
http://www.travmed.com/

TravelHealth.co.uk
http://www.travelhealth.co.uk/index.shtml

Robert Young Pelton: World's Most Dangerous Places
http://comebackalive.com/site3.php

Wilderness and Outdoor Survival
http://wilderness-survival.net/

This is a just a "get started list"...what info do you turn to to help stay alive and healthy, while traveling?

There are a lot of great articles on HuntersFriend.com under the technical help section. Helped me a lot when I started learning...
